RT8259為高壓輸入的降壓轉換器，可支援輸入電壓範圍從4.5V至24V，最大輸出電流至1.2A。電流模式操作提供快速的暫態回應與簡易的迴路穩定架構，並提供了逐週期形式的限流機制與熱關斷保護功能。RT8259採用SOT-23-6 與TSOT-23-6兩種封裝規格。
